The Law Pod was founded by Fitz Collings in August 2008 to provide mobile phone productivity and reference software to the legal community.
The Law Pod encompasses three legal apps – LawLibe, and LawProf and CiteKick (in development).
Rather than embracing a traditional business model, after-tax profits from our software sales will be used to provide financial aid in the form of grants and scholarships to law students in need.
Current Members
Fitz is a third-year law student at William & Mary Law School. He intends to pursue a career in intellectual property law upon graduation.
Our database programmer, Joe Wang, joined The Law Pod in 2009. Joe is pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science at CalTech.
Alumni
Former lead programmer Benjamin Strahs joined The Law Pod for the 2009 academic year. Ben currently works at Facebook’s Palo Alto office, improving Facebook application development.
